Checked per purpose
The register carries a biometric consent answer for each student, separate from media consent.
Obscured your way
Anyone who isn't cleared is obscured: blur, pixelate, or a treatment you set. The final call is yours.
Tracked to the shot
The treatment follows the person as they move, and is cut to the shots they actually appear in.
Signed and searchable
You get a sign-off record for staff to review and sign, and an archive you can finally search.
It runs on a machine in your building: no footage, images or student data ever leave that machine.

One frame, two verdicts

A student who isn't cleared for social media is obscured; everyone around them stays sharp. The clip goes out instead of being shelved.

Built by a school video studio, not a software vendor

EveryFrame comes out of Shake Education, which films in schools. We built it because we were the ones deciding whether an assembly edit could go out, with no good way to be sure.

Privacy reform raised the bar on evidence

Schools are increasingly asked to show how a publishing decision was made, not just assert it. Our answer is a record: who appeared, what they were cleared for, and which version of the register it was judged against.
